Who is working on your computer or network?
Uncle knowalot or someone from another IT company?

I have an uncle knowalot and found that he can resolve most issues but tends to use my/your computer as his test lab and before long files are missing and the monitor only works in black and white.
As for another IT company, they are all respectable; but who are they sending over?  My analogy is that you go to a surgery center of a respectable medical office, but then the head nurse does the procedure.

Last thing to consider-
If your computer just crashed, how would that effect your home or office?

Would you panic thinking of what you just lost: emails, contacts, a movie list, 6 years of digital photos or all of your accounting.

I assure you that your computer will die, are you prepared?

This Trik was built as a tribute to all military branches and is currently pending a Guinness World Record for Worlds longest pedal powered Trik. Built in 6 days out of an old trampoline its 17.5 ft, 2 speed, 3 passenger, patriotic piece. The goal is to collect as many signatures, coins and general military related items. ( note: seems that you can't mount M-16's or rocket launchers on non-military vehicles :) Next, I want to donate it to a military museum. There is one more goal and that is to get the signature of the Commander and Chief.  Incase your not sure who that is, it's the President!  We'll see if they answer my emails.
