-About Us-

At TCS, service is the backbone to our organization.  We feel that quality and service should be affordable and that the smallest client to the largest should be provided the same level of professionalism.

TCS employees are of the highest caliber in their respected fields.  They must pass a technical interview as well as a continual communication review. We can not provide the best quality of service by speaking technical jargon, so we highly endorse the KISS methodology.

Our primary service has been focused on network security, computer and system performance; however, we have expanded into the medical industry due to the rapid changes in HIPAA requirements.

Gordy Banfield does our network design and system analysis.

Gordy graduated from Charter College with a 4.0 gpa. He has an A.A.S. in Computer Science,  a B.S. in IT Engineering, a Computer Electronic Certificate and is a few classes from his MBA/TM degree.

He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), A+, i-Net+, CNA, Master CIW Designer, and some others 22 certification tests worth.

Occasionally you will see him featured in the Charter College brochure.

Reanna Norris is our Medical Billing Sales and Support Specialist.

She has over 10 years experience with a variety of medical billing software suites.  Although she brings a female touch to the organization, don't mistake her for a softy. ;)

Andrew Campbell is our HIPAA advisor.

He has his A.A.S, B.A. and is working on finishing his MBA.  Andrew is a great addition to the team, since we find that most office administrators know about HIPAA, they don't have a baseline to gauge from.

The picture makes more sense if you've seen the Liberty Site. We like to build and fabricate, make new out of old, and sometimes fix what is not broken. In the end, it's always better than what it was!
