Who is working on your computer or network?
Uncle knowalot or someone from another IT company?

I have an uncle knowalot and found that he can resolve most issues but tends to use my/your computer as his test lab and before long files are missing and the monitor only works in black and white.
As for another IT company, they are all respectable; but who are they sending over?  My analogy is that you go to a surgery center of a respectable medical office, but then the head nurse does the procedure.

Last thing to consider-
If your computer just crashed, how would that effect your home or office?
